The H11 Boutique Office facility in Gliwice was a reconstruction and expansion of an existing early 20th-century railway tenement building, intended for a high-standard office use.
H11 Boutique Office, located in the heart of Gliwice, is a manifestation of unique harmony between historical aura and contemporary architecture. Situated on historical grounds where a railway tenement once stood, the building introduces a new quality to the urban space. The modern façade, with aluminum systems provided by Yawal, perfectly harmonizes with the surroundings, reflecting the colors of the sky, greenery, and nearby tenements, changing its appearance depending on weather conditions and time of day
Additionally, the building was designed with respect for the past, as seen in synthetic details that refer to the original architecture. The realization of H11 Boutique Office in Gliwice is an example of how modern facilities can harmonize with the city and its history, creating a space conducive to both users and the environment, thanks to the use of solutions compliant with BREEAM certification.
