Information clause:

According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) (OJ EU L119/1), we inform you that:

  3. Your personal data, depending on the planned form of employment, will be processed:
     
    • to the extent specified in labor law regulations (in particular, the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code) for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process. Providing other data beyond what is required by law will be treated as consent for processing such personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and in the case of special categories of personal data, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Giving this consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
    • to the extent specified in the recruitment documents you submit (e.g., CV, cover letter), your data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing other data, such as special categories of data, will be treated as consent for processing such personal data (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Giving this consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.

  4. Personal data for which consent was given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for processing in other recruitment processes will be processed until you withdraw your consent for this purpose. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  5. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to conduct the recruitment process, provided that the Controller has entered into a data processing agreement regarding the recruitment process. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under the law.
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA or to international organizations.
  7. Your personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary to achieve the above purposes, i.e., no longer than 12 months from the date of submission of application documents for the current recruitment process and no longer than 24 months from the date of submission of application documents in case of consent for future recruitments, or until consent is withdrawn.
  8. You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as to object to its processing.
  9. You have the right to withdraw your consent as specified in point 3 at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the email address iod@m3mcom.pl, which does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, regarding the Controller's actions.
  11. Providing your personal data to the extent required by labor law is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary, and failure to provide it will prevent you from participating in the recruitment process.
  12. No automated decision-making, including profiling, will be applied to you.

Recruitment procedure

Step 1

Evaluation of the submitted application documents

During the first stage of the recruitment procedure, we verify the submitted application documents in terms of compliance with our expectations regarding candidates for a given position. We assess the qualifications and professional experience of candidates.

Step 2

Telephone interview

During this stage, we contact selected candidates. We will call you if your qualifications and experience meet the requirements specified in the job advertisement. During a short telephone conversation, we will want to learn more about your professional needs, competences, experience, availability and financial expectations

Step 3

Recruitment meeting

After a telephone conversation, selected candidates will be invited to a meeting with us. Depending on your availability and the nature of the position, we will offer an online interview or a face-to-face meeting at the company's headquarters. A recruiter from the HR team and your future supervisor will take part in the interview. During the recruitment meeting, we will want to get to know you better - we will talk, among other things, about your motivation to work, what you know about our company, about your previous experience, projects that you have implemented, and expectations towards your new workplace.

Depending on the specifics of the position you are applying for, we will ask you a few technical questions, ask you to solve a test of knowledge or analytical thinking, or we will want to talk to you in a foreign language.

In addition to competence, the attitude of the candidate is very important to us, which is why during the recruitment meeting we will want to assess the values that guide you in the professional sphere.

Step 4

Decision

After the recruitment meetings, we make a decision on the selection of the candidate and provide feedback to all participants of the meetings. In the event of a positive recruitment result, we will contact you to discuss the details of employment terms and conditions and complete the necessary formalities.
