Elegancki charakter obiektowi nadaje połączenie białych ścian z grafitową stolarką Yawal, która szczególnie atrakcyjnie prezentuje się podświetlona po zmroku. W Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowym HTM wykorzystano konstrukcje fasadowe FA 50N HI, przeciwpożarowe TM 75EI, zewnętrze TM 74HI oraz wewnętrzne PBI 50N.
