In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal L 119 4.5.2016) you are hereby informed that:
1) the controller of your personal data is Yawal S.A., ul. Lubliniecka 35, 42-284 Herby
2) your personal data will be processed in order to carry out training under: Article 6(1)(b) – data necessary for the performance of the agreement – of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR)
3) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations, data processors and partners of the data controller
4) your personal data will be stored for 6 years
5) you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, and the right to transfer the data
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, if you refuse to provide such data, your participation in training may be refused
2. Information clause for clients of Yawal S.A.
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal L 119 4.5.2016) you are hereby informed that:
1) the controller of your personal data is Yawal S.A., ul. Lubliniecka 35, 42-284 Herby
2) your personal data will be processed in order to perform a contract and deliver goods under: Article 6(1)(b) – data processing necessary for the performance of the contract and goods delivery – of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR)
3) the recipients of your personal data will be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations, entities participating in the performance of the contract, data processors, insurance companies, and KRD Economic Information Bureau
4) your personal data will be stored for 6 years from the expiry of the data processing period under the concluded contract
5) you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, and the right to transfer the data
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, a refusal to provide such data might result in the inability to conclude the contract and deliver goods

3) the legitimate interest of the controller or a third party is direct marketing
4) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and data processors

5. Contact form clause
According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) (OJ EU L119/1), we inform you that:

- The Data Protection Officer at the Controller is Paweł Markiewicz, contact email: iod@m3mcom.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed to respond to the inquiry you submitted via the contact form to YAWAL S.A. based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Controller and yourself as the sender of the inquiry. Additionally, if you have given your consent to receive commercial and marketing information from YAWAL S.A. via electronic communication, within the scope indicated in your consent (which can be withdrawn at any time), your personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- In some cases, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, provided that the Controller has signed a data processing agreement regarding the process for which your personal data was obtained. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under the law.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA or to international organizations.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as to object to its processing.
- Regarding data processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal to the email address iod@m3mcom.pl. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent you from receiving a response to your inquiry sent via the contact form. Additionally, failure to provide consent as described in point 3 will prevent you from receiving commercial and marketing information from the Controller.
- No automated decision-making, including profiling, will be applied to you.

According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) (OJ EU L119/1), we inform you that:

- to the extent specified in labor law regulations (in particular, the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code) for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process. Providing other data beyond what is required by law will be treated as consent for processing such personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and in the case of special categories of personal data, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Giving this consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
- to the extent specified in the recruitment documents you submit (e.g., CV, cover letter), your data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing other data, such as special categories of data, will be treated as consent for processing such personal data (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Giving this consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time. - Personal data for which consent was given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for processing in other recruitment processes will be processed until you withdraw your consent for this purpose. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to conduct the recruitment process, provided that the Controller has entered into a data processing agreement regarding the recruitment process. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under the law.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA or to international organizations.
- Your personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary to achieve the above purposes, i.e., no longer than 12 months from the date of submission of application documents for the current recruitment process and no longer than 24 months from the date of submission of application documents in case of consent for future recruitments, or until consent is withdrawn.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as to object to its processing.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent as specified in point 3 at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the email address iod@m3mcom.pl , which does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, regarding the Controller's actions.
