At the beginning of January this year Tomasz Zadroga took the position of Vice-President of Yawal S.A., a leading supplier of architectonic systems of aluminium profiles in Poland. He will be responsible for cooperation with clients, development, and new projects.
Joining Tomasz Zadroga, a manager with an extensive experience in management and development of companies, to the Management Board of Yawal S.A. results from the growth of business activity of Yawal Group and its development strategy. Currently, the Management Board of the company is composed of: Magdalena Jagiełło – President of the Management Board, Tomasz Zadroga – Vice-President of the Management Board, Justyna Ryczko – Member of the Management Board.
Tomasz Zadroga has many years of experience in management, development of companies’ development strategies, effective restructuring, public listing of companies, acquisitions, and mergers. Initially, he held financial positions in companies that belong to ABB Group, Stora Enso (Papyrus) Group, and Adidas. In 2006 he started employment in Inter-Cars, where he exercised the position of the Member of the Management Board and Financial Director. In the years of 2008-2011, he exercised the position of the President of the Management Board in the company PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, the largest manufacturer and supplier of electric energy in Poland. In 2012 he joined the company Polkomtel as a Member of the Management Board, and in the years 2015-2017 he exercised the position of a Member of the Management Board of Polkomtel Business Development, and Vice-President of the ZEPAK Group.
Tomasz Zadroga is a member of the prestigious international association ACCA and the Polish Business Roundtable. He exercised the position of the Vice-President in the company EURELECTRIC in Brussels. Tomasz Zadroga graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz.
